My name is Lisa Stacy, born and raised in Marble Hill Missouri.  I have never lived anywhere else, got married and bought a house and here to stay.  I am currently divorced, and have 2 kids (well teenagers).  My kids are my life and I don’t know where I would be without them.  My major is child care and guidance.  I have worked in child care for 12 years, had my own daycare business, and sold it out.  Although it is very challenging I love taking care of children it is my passion, and I wouldn’t want to do anything else.  I currently work at Just Kids in Jackson Missouri as an assistant director/infant teacher.  I have faced a lot of challenges, but the biggest challenge I face everyday is making sure I do my best with my own kids to make them succeed in life, and also to take the best care of other children to make sure they have a good safe place to go while their parents are working.

    My goal for this class is to be a better writer I have never been any good at writing short essays, or long essays.  This class will be be very challenging for me, and I’m ready to try by best to succeed.
