Logos, Pathos, and Ethos

Loges are what you need to be able to let the reader know the facts you used for reasoning.  You have to be able to support the argument, it lets the reader know the facts and they know your not making it up.  You don't want to give a wrong percentage or number for a topic, that would be wrong facts.
Pathos show your emotion in what you are writing about.  It allows you to show the values of your story.  Emotion is a very strong thing, and if you can show your emotion while writing it makes your reader more interested in what they are reading.
Ethos are what you write about that lets the reader know how trustworthy you are, lets the reader know the credibility of the writer. It is how you refer to different views.  Ethos lets you use your knowledge about topics and research would be a must if you are writing about a subject you don't know all the facts about.

  1. Lisa, you provide some good explanations of the concepts, but you could flesh them out with more detailed, specific examples. Your post is only 167 words, so it needs more development anyway.
